WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CENTRAL COAST | LOVER OF HONEST AND RAW WEDDING IMAGES
Candid Wedding Photography
One of my most favourite parts of the day to shoot is the candids. Tears, laughter, and enormous smiles.
Reasons to book
After over 750 weddings I know them back to front. I have worked in cyclonic weather, heat, storms, bright sun, you name it.
After 16 years in the business I know lots of fantastic Central Coast suppliers that have the same work ethic as myself.
Emails, face to face, Facebook messages and phone calls. I am here to help.
FAST TURN AROUND
I am NEVER backlogged. This means a super fast turn around for you. Usually 1-2 weeks.
REGULAR CHECK IN'S
I know that planning a wedding is daunting. Ask me for advice, no matter how big or small.
Once booked I will send over a detailed timeline for you fairly close to the date once I know all your details.
Spend more time with your guests and less with me.
I am a Central Coast wedding photographer who specialises in a very laid back approach to wedding photography.
My approach to a photographing a wedding is quite simple. I call it 50/50.
Meaning 50% of the day I photograph the “needed shots” such as bridal party , ceremony and family photos.
The other 50% is candid, unscripted, as it happens shooting.
I will of course let you know if there is an amazing sunset that we should be using but apart from that the day is yours to enjoy.

What couples are saying
“Wow – words cannot describe the praise I have for this photographer. She captured the most magnificent pictures of our wedding day and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Lisa knows the best lighting to capture for your photos and also has the unique ability to capture real special moments of people without them realising”.
“Lisa was the perfect combination of casual, in control, down to earth, fun, and professional. We’re still floored by how stunning the photos we received were. We absolutely recommend whichever package covers your entire wedding from beginning to end because you won’t want to miss a moment. “
“Lisa is so talented and I’m so glad I chose her for my wedding. She is the kind of photographer that you barely notice on the day as she isn’t at all intrusive but she ends up with the most amazing shots. Lisa also provides a snapshot blog of the wedding photos within a few days so you don’t have to wait too long to see some of them. She is so helpful in the lead up to the wedding with lots of suggestions and recommendations.”
“Lisa was absolutely amazing from the moment we booked her. She was always very helpful and went above and beyond for what you would expect from a typical photographer. On the day Lisa was extremely professional and ensured every moment was captured from start to finish. She is extremely diligent, efficient and the images were outstanding. Highly recommend for any event!.”

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your photography style?
My style is photo journalistic and a little directed when needed. I like to photograph the day as it unfolds. Most couples that I have photographed already have said it didnt even feel like I was there.
I truly believe to get the best photographs for your most important day, you and your partner need to be as relaxed as possible…oh and let’s have some fun too!
What kind of Equipment do you use?
I use Canon camera’s and lenses. I carry a backup of everything incase anything should go wrong. I like to know that I have every possible outcome covered.
My camera has dual card slots that backs up the images as I shoot too.
How many pictures will you take?
I dont have a limit on how much I shoot. Most couples usually end up with around 600-800 images depending on how long I am booked for.
Do we get to choose which images are colour or black and white?
I shoot everything in colour. While I am editing your photos I will see which ones I believe would benefit greatly from being turned into a black and white.
What is required to book the date?
I require both a deposit of $500 this is non refundable as well as a signed contract. This guarantees your date. The balance is due 4 weeks before the day of the event. Since I book my dates on a first come first serve basis, I do not hold dates until I actually receive both a signed contract and deposit. However, if someone else asks about my services on your date, I will try my best to inform you beforehand.
Do you have packages?
Sure do! To receive a pdf pricelist, just pop me an email at [email protected] or alternatively you can make up your own! Just let Lisa know what you would like included.
How about products?
I have a range of beautifully made albums, prints, canvas prints and parent albums. All proudly Australian Made. Please feel free to contact me on 0438 643 026 to meet up so you can view these products.
Do you charge extra for travel?
If your wedding is on the NSW Central Coast or the Hunter Valley, I dont charge for travel. However if your wedding is in Sydney there will be a $200 travel fee. I am available throughout Australia, there will be an additional travel and accommodation charge though.
Do you mind if people other than you take photographs during the wedding?
No, I do not mind at all, your family and friends are excited you are getting married! I do however ask that when I am getting certain shots that other guests wait till I have taken the photos I need, then they can get the ones they want.
Do we get high resolution images?
Yes you do. Your files will be available to download 1-2 weeks after your wedding. I do suggest that you send the link to family and friends to make back up copies.
Am I required to feed you at reception?
Yes, I do require a vegetarian (no mushrooms please) meal. Weddings are long and are very hard on my body, I need a chance to refuel. Another handy tip is to ask for your vendors meal to come out just after yours. That way we have a chance to sit and have a break and eat properly without rushing.
