Booking Conditions
Booking Fee – For photography only packages , A $500 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date as well as a signed contract. Your booking is confirmed only once this payment is received. This fee reserves your date exclusively and is non-transferable.
For videography inclusions there will be a $200 non refundable booking fee and signed contract as well.
Remaining Balance – The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your wedding , unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made at any time will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Rescheduling Policy – Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you provide at least 21 days’ notice, the booking fee may be transferred to a new date within three months of the original booking.
Deliverables & Timelines – Your gallery will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Turnaround may vary depending on the type of shoot and season.

Whats included in your photography packages?
All packages include pre-wedding planning support, professional coverage on the day, carefully edited high-resolution images, a private online gallery for viewing and downloads, and full print rights. Sneak peek images are also included so you can relive your day shortly after.
How many photos will we receive?
The number of images depends on your coverage length and timeline. On average:
3 hours: approx. 300 images
6 hours: approx. 600 images
8 hours: approx. 800 images
10 hours: 1,000+ images
Every image is individually edited and quality-checked.
do you offer elopement or micro wedding packages?
Yes. Elopements and micro weddings are very welcome. Shorter coverage options are available for smaller celebrations and intimate gatherings across the Central Coast and surrounding areas.
do you offer engagement or pre wedding shoots?
Engagement sessions are available as an optional add-on. They’re a great way to feel comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day and are perfect for save-the-date images or wedding websites.
do you work alone or with a second photographer?
Most weddings are photographed by myself to maintain a consistent style and calm presence. A second photographer can be added for larger weddings or events with multiple locations to ensure nothing is missed.
can we customise a package?
Absolutely. Every wedding is different. If your day doesn’t fit neatly into a standard package, I’m happy to create a tailored option that suits your timeline and priorities.
