There are some weddings that feel less like an event and more like an atmosphere, a mood you wish you could bottle. This  Fernbank Farm wedding was exactly that: long-lunch magic, French-jazz vibes drifting through the gardens, and a celebration that unfolded like a beautifully slow day with friends.

After the ceremony, everyone gathered beneath Fernbank Farm’s iconic arbour, where long tables stretched beneath cascading greenery and soft, dappled light. The atmosphere was pure magic, bowls and platters placed down the centre of the table, guests leaning in to chat, French jazz humming in the background. It felt like a European garden feast: slow, warm, communal and beautifully intimate, exactly the kind of long lunch that makes Fernbank Farm such a special wedding venue.

It created the most amazing atmosphere ,  unhurried, warm, communal. Laughter floated between tables, glasses clinked, and the French jazz playlist tied it all together with the kind of mellow energy that made the whole lunch feel timeless.

Cocktail Hour In The Marquee

As the sun dipped, everyone drifted across the lawn to a beautiful cocktail marquee. Think: soft lighting and relaxed conversation. Guests sipped cocktails, lounged on scattered seating, and soaked in the chill vibes while the music kept things light and romantic.

The pace of the day stayed intentional , slow, connected, and beautifully unstructured.

From Chilled Vibes To Disco Mode

But if the afternoon was all about effortless elegance, the night was pure party.

Once the cocktail marquee moments wrapped up, these guys opened the doors to the dance floor, and the entire energy shifted in the best way. Neon lights, classic hits, drinks flowing, feet moving,  it was one of those receptions where absolutely everyone danced.
