Glenworth Valley wedding!

How did you meet each other? We met in Year 7 at high school. We weren’t really friends or romantically involved until after though. Mark became close friends with one of my best friends (Zach, part of the groom’s party) and we started our relationship from there.

Describe your ideal wedding day – Surrounded by friends and family, cool and calm. Listening to nature, eating yummy food and just the right amount of champagne 🙂

Who did you choose to marry you, and why? We chose one of our best friends Nathan Perks, also part of the groom’s party to marry us. We have been close friends for about 15 years and it was important for someone who knew both of us and our relationship to marry us.

Tell me about your venue? What was the deciding factor? – I love horses and have been riding at Glenworth Valley for a few years and think it is beautiful. We also wanted somewhere rural which had done a lot of weddings before as neither of us are good with event planning.

Why did you end up choosing Lisa Lent to shoot your day? – Great reviews, worked at Glenworth Valley before, beautiful shots on Instragram/Blog and seemed like the personal kind of photographer we wanted to work with.
