After 3 or more days at your conference it is time to let your hair down, a little.
Gala and award nights are the epitome of elegance and celebration.
From the red carpet arrivals to the emotional acceptance speeches, our photos encapsulate the excitement, prestige, and camaraderie of the evening.
With each shot, we strive to preserve the memories and milestones that make gala and award nights unforgettable, ensuring that every attendee feels like a star in their own right.

Terms and Conditions

Once you have accepted your quote, I will invoice you for your 30% non refundable booking fee. Your balance is due the week before the event. Any extra hours over the quoted amount will incur an additional invoice.

After your event or conference is complete, I will cull, edit, backup and upload your files to the cloud. These stay online for 6 months. The total number images delivered will vary based on the size of your event.
