Ashleigh and Chris are married!
I knew yesterday was going to be off the charts pretty and I wasn’t wrong. Ashleigh and Chris were married at Somersby Gardens on an absolutely stunning autumn afternoon. I have spoken about it before but seriously, get married in autumn. SO pretty!
I arrived early to photograph the pavillion set up before guests arrived. Megan from Material Girlz has done it once again, the room was just so pretty, gorgeous flowers by The Bloom Folk and there was seating inside and out. Soho DJ’s was also there setting up ready to play some great tunes later on.
I headed over to the house to catch up with Emma from All made up and Karen Dyer doing makeup and Natalie Newton on hair..
Ceremony was held in the ampitheatre, a fave of mine with stunning autumn backlight. Their hilarious ceremony was done by Peter Bray..Look him up if you are after a super fun celebrant!
Photos followed straight after so we didn’t lose any light, some around the gardens with the bridal party before Ashleigh, Chris, Bella (video) and myself were driven to the ledge for some late afternoon sunsets.
For our night shot I did something a little different this time. Ashleigh told me that her and Chris’s first date (I think, tell me if I am wrong Ash) was just the 2 of them watching the stars, so a star shot was on the cards. These are pretty tricky to get right but I think we managed 🙂
