How did you meet each other? We met through a mutual friends engagment party in the Katherine (NT) It was a dress up party, I went as Pocahontas and Kim went as a cowboy with a inflatable steed and the rest is history.
Describe your ideal wedding day: To be surrounded by big beautiful trees with our favourite people whilst eating, drinking and dancing the night away.
Who did you choose to marry you, and why? Our celebrant Glenda is a very good family friend of Kim’s. We are absolutely honored that such a dear friend of the Sherman family will marry us.
Tell me about your venue? What was the deciding factor? Huge trees, green rolling hills, a beautiful old homestead, it is perfection
Why did you end up choosing Lisa Lent to shoot your day? I have been following Lisa for years, her candid photos and the ability to capture moments (that arent staged) are second to none. Her loving nature and sense of humor put us completely at ease. I think your photos make the people viewing them feel like they were there.
